Submission Guidelines
The rules for submitting your articles to ReadArticlesOnline.com
are simple, but they must be followed if you would like us to consider your article
for publication. Please read the guidelines below. Authors that do not follow our strict
guidelines may have their accounts banned without notice.
We will begin banning authors that do not follow our submission guidelines -
Please read our guidelines in their entirety before submitting any articles to our site.
Our guidelines are simple to follow and mandatory. If an author is banned, all articles
are deleted including the articles that were already published and any articles still in
our query.
Author Names
- Authors must read our decline emails - It is the authors responsibility
to read the decline messages we send to them. Our decline email contains information
regarding problems with your article title, summary, keywords, article body, resource box
or author name. If an author continues to send articles after we have sent multiple
decline emails and it's obvious to us that our emails are being ignored, the author may be
permanently banned from submitting articles to our site.
- Author names (pen names) must be proper names - We will not accept
website names, keywords, celebrity names or business names as author names. We will not
publish articles written by authors if the pen name is not a proper name and your articles
will be declined without being read by our staff.
- Author names must be capitalized properly - The first letter of your
first and last name must be capitalized. Your author name is important and our admins will
not read any article written by an author without the name being properly capitalized.
This can hold up the publication of your article and, if not corrected, could lead to a
permanent ban.
Title
- Article Titles must be capitalized properly and be grammatically correct -
We will decline any articles with titles that are not properly capitalized. Repeat
offenders may be banned from future submissions.
Summary
Summaries must be grammatically correct - The summary
must be grammatically correct just like the article body. It must be a short summary of
the article that lets the reader know what useful information can be gained by reading the
article. It should not be a sales pitch or used to advertise a business, website or
product.
Keywords
- Keywords must be related to the content of the article - Keyword should
be related to the article's content and not the resources box unless the resource box
contains information directly related to the article. Keywords should always be relative
to the article's subject.
- Keywords must be entered properly - All keywords should be in all
lower-case letters and followed by a comma and a space. The last keyword or keyword phrase
should have no punctuation afterwards.
Example: dog training, training a dog, training for
dogs, dog training site, dog training tips, dog training advice
- Authors should include between 10 and 15 keywords or
phrases - Ten to fifteen keywords or keyword phrases is best. More is better than
less.
Tips...
1. Research your keywords to find keywords and phrases that have less competition.
2. Using Google's Keyword tool can help you identify the best keywords and phrases to use.
